Everything was amazing but thr staff, they were exceptional. Housekeeping in particular were so wonderful and friendly. Also, there was a young Indian woman working at reception- she is phenomenal! Great with the kids, knowledgeable, kind and fun- a real pleasure and an asset to Four Points.

Very strong perfumy smell in lobby. Not so much thankfully in the room. The smell was strong and we’re told it was the floor cleaning products, For people with sense sensibility that could cause problems

The hotel is clean and very well run. The property is being upgraded, so there were some minor issues that should not stop anyone from visiting this hotel. It was top-notch all the way!

Front Desk was always very helpful and polite, accomodating and easy to deal with. Room on 6th floor was great, overall i think it was nice hotel.
